The Box Office is located off of the Long Beach Playhouse driveway, between the Solarium and the Administrative Office entrance. If you park in the back parking lot, simply follow the drive-way and the box office windows will be located on your left. From the front of the building on Anaheim, follow the drive-way towards the back parking lot and the first entry to your right you will find the box office windows.

GENERAL ADMISSION:
Single tickets are available for any performance. Gift Cards are also available all year long. Purchase as many as you wish and give some to friends and family! We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PERSONAL / COMPANY CHECKS AND CASH.

ONLINE & BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The following are the rules or “Terms” that govern use of the Long Beach Playhouse. Web site (“Site”). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Long Beach Playhouse reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If you violate these Terms of Use, Long Beach Playhouse may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you. Long Beach Playhouse does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it. The Site and its Content are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Long Beach Playhouse cannot ensure that files you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. Refund Policy:
All ticket sales are final. Play selections subject to change without notice. There are no refunds on tickets unless a performance is canceled or replaced. Refunds are made only to the original purchaser. No refunds will be available on previously purchased tickets if a promotional price is offered at a later date. ALL PERFORMANCES AND SEATING CONFIGURATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Exchange Policy:
Free ticket exchanges are only available to Mainstage, Studio, Mix-and-Match and Mini Series Subscribers. Non-subscribers (single ticket & Flex Pass holders) are allowed to exchange tickets for a $2.00 per ticket service charge. Ticket exchanges are allowed up to 24 hours before scheduled performance and patron must present ticket to be exchanged by mail, fax or in person. If the exchanged ticket is more expensive, patron must make up the difference. If exchange is for a less expensive performance, there are no refunds. Only Mix-and-Match subscribers can exchange between Mainstage and Studio Theatres.

Flex Pass:
This pass does not guarantee you a seat. To avoid sold out shows, Flex Pass Card holders must call ahead to reserve their seats which are subject to availability. Sorry no refunds or free exchanges. If you decide you’d like to attend on Opening Night, simply pay the difference. Opening Night ticket price is $25.00.

Lost Tickets:
There is a $2.00 per ticket service charge for replacing lost tickets to single ticket holders. Lost ticket insurance is only available to Mainstage, Studio, Mix-and-Match and Mini Series Subscribers.
