Sometimes we wait to long to tell people how we feel and these brothers go on that journey together. \nCASTING THE FOLLOWING ROLES:\nJAMIE (M\, Early 30’s) a primary school teacher\, gay\, on the thin side\, maybe losing some hair. An open\, honest face. (Irish accent.) \nTOMMY (M\, Late 20’s) Jamie’s brother\, an artist\, married\, handsome\, more robust\, a ruddy complexion. (Irish accent.) \n  \nSHOW 2:  JUDGEMENT OF THE EYE\nBy Simon Bowler \nStage Saturday\, March 29\, 2025 \nDirected by Michael Hovance \nSHORT SYNOPSIS:  \nHan Van Meegeren\, a struggling Dutch artist\, realizes his skill is forgeries and sell millions of dollars of fake art. When Germany invades\, the SS compel him to sell paintings to Goering\, and he makes millions more. At the end of the war\, he is accused of selling national treasure to the enemy and is to be executed. He claims the paintings are fakes and to prove it he will paint another. His story exposes the contradictions of how we perceive and value art\, in a tale so absurd\, and with a character so flawed\, it can only be true. \nCASTING THE FOLLOWING ROLES:\nHAN VAN MEEGEREN (M\, 40s – 50s) Artist and Forger with a morphia addiction who wants to be remembered for their own art  (Mee-Gur-en) \nJO VAN MEEGEREN (F\, 40s) Han’s wife who may or may not know about Han’s illicit activities. \nTHEO VAN WIJNGAARDEN (M\, 30s – 40s)  Art Dealer of questionable morals.
