SUMMARY:AUDITIONS: HANGMEN

Auditioners will be seen on a first come\, first serve basis determined by when they signed-in at the Open Call.) \nPERFORMANCE DATES:  Aug. 29 – Sept. 26\, 2026\n  \nIn his small pub in Oldham\, Harry is something of a local celebrity. But what’s the second-best hangman in England to do on the day they’ve abolished hanging? Amongst the cub reporters and sycophantic pub regulars dying to hear Harry’s reaction to the news\, a peculiar stranger lurks\, with a very different motive for his visit. Martin McDonagh does it again in HANGMEN\, a corrosively funny black comedy filled with dramatic tension in a juicy tale of capital punishment that will leave you “hanging” on the edge of your seat with suspense and devilish delight. \nCheck back closer to the audition dates for the official Audition Notice with the Beginning Rehearsal Schedule and Character Breakdown.
