One play from the preceding year’s festival is chosen for a workshop performance in which the playwright\, director\, and cast all work together to make this the best script possible\, therefore continuing the play on it’s journey to publication. \n  \nAnnouncing This Year’s Production \nSHE by Marlow Wyatt \nDirected by Anna Kate Mohler \nSHE\, takes place in a small working class African American town where children play outdoors and respect their elders.  The story follows the life of SHE Sojorner Freeman\, an ambitious and strong willed\, thirteen year old African American poet.  SHE has a natural talent for writing and hopes to use this talent to take her out of her small town existence.  \n  \n**Moderated Audience Talk-Back to Follow Each Performance.
