SUMMARY:VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE
DESCRIPTION:Winner of the 2013 Tony Award for Best Play\, Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike is one of the most lauded and beloved Broadway plays of recent years. Comedically employing many themes from Anton Chekov’s works\, we are treated to an examination of sibling rivalry\, redemption\, voodoo\, and showbiz. When Vanya and Sonia’s quiet life is disrupted by their movie star sister Masha’s return to the family home\, not even Disney can come to the rescue. A collection of hilariously complex characters brings light to the shallowness of ambition\, regret\, and the cultural decay of American life. \nCAST: \nGary Douglas (VANYA) \nSusan E. SUMMARY:DEAD MAN'S CELL PHONE
DESCRIPTION:An incessantly ringing cell phone disturbs a woman sitting at a café table. She is furious at the owner for not picking up the call\, until she discovers he’s dead. So begins Dead Man’s Cell Phone\, a wildly imaginative new dramatic comedy. This work about how we memorialize the dead\, and how that remembering changes us\, is the odyssey of a woman confronting her own assumptions about morality\, redemption\, and the need to connect in a technologically obsessed world.  This is a show for those who have felt the need for personal attachment in the detached world of cellular communication. \nLatonya Kitchen (JEAN) \nDavid  Vaillancourt (GORDON) \nMarlene Galan-Woods (MRS. SUMMARY:COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI
DESCRIPTION:What if the classic romantic comedy\, Cyrano DeBergerac\, was set in modern day Wyoming?  What if the large-nosed protagonist was now an Asian American High School English teacher and his love interest was the beautiful new Asian American teacher with a preference for dating white guys? Will he help his cowboy friend win the girl\, or make his own feelings known?  With quick-paced banter and witty repartee\, this delightful romantic comedy addresses the issues of inter-racial relationships and platonic loyalty.  When Travis Park needs to choose between the Asian American and the American within himself\, who will win\, the Cowboy or the Samurai? \nCast List: \nLee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS) \nRosie Narasaki (VERONICA) \nPerry Pang (CHESTER) \nChristian Skinner (DEL) \nSHOW TRAILER: \n \nPERFORMANCE AND PRESS PHOTO GALLERY: \n\n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 1: Perry Pang (CHESTER)\, Rosie Narasaki (VERONICA)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 2: Christian Skinner (DEL)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 3: Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\, Rosie Narasaki (VERONICA)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 4: Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\, Rosie Narasaki (VERONICA)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 5: Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\, Christian Skinner (DEL)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 6: Perry Pang (CHESTER)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 7: Christian Skinner (DEL)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 8: Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 9: Rosie Narasaki (VERONICA)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 10: Perry Pang (CHESTER)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 11: Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\, Christian Skinner (DEL)\, Rosie Narasaki (VERONICA)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 12: Rosie Narasaki (VERONICA)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COWBOY VERSUS SAMURAI (STUDIO\, JULY 22nd – AUG. 19th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 13: Perry Pang (CHESTER)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (TRAVIS)\, Rosie Narasaki (VERONICA)\, Christian Skinner (DEL)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n\nPREVEIW REHEARSAL PHOTO GALLERY: \n\n  \nVisit our Facebook Event!

SUMMARY:ALL IN THE TIMING
DESCRIPTION:This critically acclaimed\, award-winning evening of comedic short plays combines wit\, intellect\, satire and just plain fun. David Ives’ collection of six fast-paced glimpses into the eccentricities of life\, love\, communication\, and dating will shine a light at just how absurd our daily lives can become.  The characters you will meet are diverse\, bizarre\, complex and unerringly familiar as the audience is taken on a joy-ride through the human condition – a couple on their first date\, a room of creative simians\, a tutor of an imagined language\, and Phillip Glass are just some of the characters sharing your evening. \nCAST LIST: \nLaura Clagett (KAFKA/SECOND WOMAN) \nMichael Kaye (DAVID/DON/MARK) \nKacey Leggio (WAITRESS/BETTY) \nArturo Jones (SWIFT/AL) \nMitchell Nunn (MILTON/CHARLIE) \nKatherine White (DAWN/FIRST WOMAN) \nLarry Mura (YOUNG MAN/FRANK) \nRick Reischman (BAKER/JOE) \nBrian Pirnat (PHILIP GLASS/BILL) \nSHOW TRAILER: \n \nPERFORMANCE AND PRESS PHOTO GALLERY: \n\n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 1: Laura Clagett (KAFKA/SECOND WOMAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 2: Arturo Jones (SWIFT/AL)\, Mitchell Nunn (MILTON/CHARLIE)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 3: Arturo Jones (SWIFT/AL)\, Mitchell Nunn (MILTON/CHARLIE)\, Laura Clagett (KAFKA/SECOND WOMAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 4: Michael Kaye (DAVID/DON/MARK)\, Katherine White (DAWN/FIRST WOMAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 6: Michael Kaye (DAVID/DON/MARK)\, Arturo Jones (SWIFT/AL)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 7: Kacey Leggio (WAITRESS/BETTY)\, Michael Kaye\, (DAVID/DON/MARK)\, Arturo Jones (SWIFT/AL)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 8: Laura Clagett (KAFKA/SECOND WOMAN)\, Katherine White (DAWN/FIRST WOMAN)\, Rick Reischman (BAKER/JOE)\, Brian Pirnat (PHILIP GLASS/BILL)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 9: Laura Clagett (KAFKA/SECOND WOMAN)\, Brian Pirnat (PHILIP GLASS/BILL)\, Rick Reischman (BAKER/JOE)\, Katherine White (DAWN/FIRST WOMAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 10: Rick Reischman (BAKER/JOE)\, Larry Mura (YOUNG MAN/FRANK)\, Mitchell Nunn (MILTON/CHARLIE)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 11: Rick Reischman (BAKER/JOE)\, Larry Mura (YOUNG MAN/FRANK)\, Mitchell Nunn (MILTON/CHARLIE)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 12: Rick Reischman (BAKER/JOE)\, Larry Mura (YOUNG MAN/FRANK)\, Mitchell Nunn (MILTON/CHARLIE)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 13: Kacey Leggio (WAITRESS/BETTY)\, Brian Pirnat (PHILIP GLASS/BILL)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 14: Brian Pirnat (PHILIP GLASS/BILL)\, Kacey Leggio (WAITRESS/BETTY)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 15: Kacey Leggio (WAITRESS/BETTY)\, Brian Pirnat (PHILIP GLASS/BILL)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ALL IN THE TIMING: Six One-Act Comedies (Studio\, SEP. 2nd – Sep. 30th\, 2017)\nPHOTO 16: BACK ROW: Larry Mura (YOUNG MAN/FRANK)\, Michael Kaye (DAVID/DON/MARK)\, Rick Reischman (BAKER/JOE)\, MIDDLE ROW: Arturo Jones (SWIFT/AL)\, Laura Clagett (KAFKA/SECOND WOMAN)\, Mitchell Nunn (MILTON/CHARLIE)\, Brian Pirnat (PHILIP GLASS/BILL)\, FRONT: Katherine White (DAWN/FIRST WOMAN)\, Kacey Leggio (WAITRESS/BETTY)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n\n  \nVisit the Facebook Event!

SUMMARY:CABARET
DESCRIPTION:In the pre-Nazi Germany of the 1930s\, decadence is rampant.  The raucous entertainment of the seamy Kit Kat Club reflects the lives of those drifters that frequent and perform on its stage. From the enigmatic Emcee\, to the wounded Sally Bowles\, to a mature couple dealing with the difficulties of the prevalent antisemitism that flourishes around them\, these familiar characters will reignite the sense of despair and danger so commonly found in fascist regimes.  All balanced with the unforgettable songs of Kander and Ebb\, this is a look at history that you can’t afford to miss.  Come to the Cabaret! \nWARNING: This production contains nudity and sexually suggestive content.  Viewer discretion is advised. \nCAST LIST: \nNoah Wagner (EMCEE) \nCourtney Riel Owens (SALLY BOWLES) \nAustin James (CLIFFORD BRADSHAW) \nLisa J. SUMMARY:LONG BEACH SKETCH/PROV FESTIVAL
DESCRIPTION:The LBP Studio Collaborative Season offers outside\, local theatre companies and performing arts organizations the opportunity to produce their own shows in our Studio Theater. \nLONG BEACH SKETCH/PROV FESTIVAL \nCompany: The Upperclassmen \nTickets: $8 \nDESCRIPTION: \nLike peanut butter and chocolate\, or the saxophone and 1980s soft rock\, some things just belong together. THE LONG BEACH SKETCH/PROV FESTIVAL celebrates two great tastes together – sketch and improv comedy – from some of the funniest and most original troupes performing today in a two-night extravaganza of absurdity. \nOn Saturday\, Feb. 17\, 2018\,  Long Beach Sketch/Prov will offer three comedy workshops as part of the Festival.  If interested\, please RSVP to sketch.prov.festival@gmail.com. Payment will be taken the day of by cash or check. \nThe Work Shops: \n“Silence. Space. Storytelling. Connection.”\n\n12:00 P.M.-2:00 P.M.\n$20\n\nConnecting and telling stories come to us much easier when we slow down. In this workshop\, learn the power of silence and how to use the space around us to connect with our scene partners in an improvised story. We’ll learn how to give focus\, develop presence and awareness\, and even discover the time to speak. Discover skills that are as relevant in our workplace and relationships as they are in improv storytelling.\n\nAbout the Instructor\nLauren Baumbauer is a director and manager for Modjeska Unscripted Theater in Lake Forest\, CA. Having studied extensively at Spectacles Improv Engine in Fullerton and the Impro Studio in Los Angeles\, Lauren’s teaching focuses on narrative storytelling and discovering unique forms of improvised expression.\n\n\n“Etch the Sketch”\n12:00 P.M.-2:00 P.M.\n$20\n\nComedy sketches are tricky beasts to wrangle\, especially for such a short time. For this workshop\, students are asked to bring in a 2-5 page first draft of a sketch and/or 1-2 pages of ideas and premises. We’ll derive our lessons from these\, focusing on character\, how to write for performance\, and how to adapt sketches for both stage and film.\n\nAbout the Instructor\nChris Mertan is a writer\, director\, and member of The Upperclassmen\, host troupe for Long Beach Sketch/Prov. Over the decade\, he has produced and staged countless sketches for both stage and screen in the greater Orange County and Long Beach area. Chris hold a degree in writing from UCSD\, and specialized in drama and film.\n\n\n“Character Study”\nwith Special Guest Instructor Andy Goldberg\n3:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M.\n$20\n\nCharacter counts\, especially since it’s one of the foundations of great improv. Great characters yield great results\, and in this workshop\, we’ll explore the tools that help craft memorable characters to get these results. As useful for the actor and writer as for anyone simply looking to think on their feet a little better\, “Character Study” shows that you can think creatively with confidence.\n\nAbout the Instructor\nAndy Goldberg is an actor\, educator\, and founder of Off the Wall\, LA’s longest-running improv troupe. He is also the author of Improv Comedy\, the seminal textbook originally published by Samuel French\, and has either taught or performed with Robin Williams\, Larry David\, Bonnie Hunt\, Fred Willard\, Tom Hanks\, Bryan Cranston\, and hundreds more.\n  \nCOMPANY STATEMENT: \nEstablished in 2010\, the Upperclassmen is one of America’s only (barely) functioning comedy and improv troupes that keeps a lawyer and registered nurse on retainer.

SUMMARY:LBP NEW WORKS FESTIVAL 2018
DESCRIPTION:LBP NEW WORKS FESTIVAL 2018 \nCompany: LBP New Works Committee producing \nTickets: $10 \nDESCRIPTION: \nThe annual festival nurtures emerging and established playwrights to develop new scripts. Reading 100+ scripts a year\, the New Works Literary Committee chooses two top plays to receive a staged reading with critical feedback from professional theatre critics and audience talk back. \nTHIS YEAR’S WINNING PLAYS: \nHAPPY THANKSGIVING by Tim Boland – Stage Reading Friday\, March 23 \nSNYPOSIS: \nFull-length play set on Thanksgiving Day\, 2016\, two weeks after the highly divisive U.S. presidential election. A Michigan-state (Blue state turned Red!) married couple\, two conservative Republican parents\, are holding their annual Thanksgiving dinner for their three adult children coming back to Jackson\, Michigan (often branded as the birthplace of the Republican party): their first-born\, a liberal firebrand Hillary-supporting daughter\, along with their middle child\, a gay Republican son\, and the baby of the family\, a Sandernista democratic socialist daughter. Annual Thanksgiving family gatherings are normally fraught with enough anxiety for this diverse and politically-conscious family\, but after the long and contentious presidential campaign of 2016\, this post-election turkey get-together threatens to be a disaster in the making. One American family and their binds of marriage\, parenthood\, brother and sisterhood will all be tested as the family members are challenged to answer the ultimate question\, which comes first\, party\, candidate\, country or family? \nMEN OVERBOARD by Rich Orloff – Stage Reading Saturday\, March 24 \nSNYPOSIS: \nWhen you’re fighting for a child’s soul\, what rules apply? A New York Bar Mitzvah brings together three generation of men in a Jewish family: three middle-aged brothers who have taken different paths (becoming a politician\, a therapist and a Buddhist monk)\, their elderly patriarch\, and a precocious 13-year-old boy who doubts he’s ready to be a man. Added to this mix is the boy’s Bar Mitzvah tutor\, an attractive Hungarian woman who has a past and possibly a future with the boy’s therapist uncle. MEN OVERBOARD is my boldest mix of comedy and drama as it explores\, “What makes a man?”

DESCRIPTION:From the fertile mind of Lynn Nottage who brought us the popular By the Way\, Meet Vera Stark\, comes this timeless tale of a family’s struggles in 1950s America.  The Crump family\, having recently lost their mother\, moves from Florida to Brooklyn in search of a better life.  As they struggle to rebuild\, they are faced with religious division\, racism\, and the stresses that come from political\, sexual\, and social differences.  A cross between The Glass Menagerie and A Raisin in the Sun\, this insightful and poignant drama will surely speak to anyone where family love has gotten in the way of happiness. \nCAST LIST: \nSymphony Canady (ERNESTINE CRUMP) \nJermaine Alexander (GODFREY CRUMP) \nJay Wilder (ERMINA CRUMP) \nGabriella Dormiere (LIILY ANN GREEN) \nLoren Bowen (GERTE SCHULTE) \nSHOW TRAILER: \n \nPERFROMANCE PHOTO GALLERY: \n\n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018) \nPHOTO 1: Jay Wilder (ERMINA CRUMP)\, Jermaine Alexander (GODFREY CRUMP)\, Symphony Canady (ERNESTINE CRUMP)
(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018)\nPHOTO 2: Gabriella Dormiere (LILY ANN GREEN)
(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018)\nPHOTO 3: Symphony Canady (ERNESTINE CRUMP)\, Gabriella Dormiere (LILY ANN GREEN)\, Jay Wilder (ERMINA CRUMP)
(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018) \nPHOTO 4: Gabriella Dormiere (LILY ANN GREEN)\, Jermaine Alexander (GODFREY CRUMP)
(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018)\nPHOTO 5: Loren Bowen (GERTE SCHULTE CRUMP)\, Jermaine Alexander (GODFREY CRUMP)
(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018)\nPHOTO 6: Jay Wilder (ERMINA CRUMP)\, Jermaine Alexander (GODFREY CRUMP)\, Symphony Canady (ERNESTINE CRUMP)\, Loren Bowen (GERTE SCHULTE CRUMP) (Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018) \nPHOTO 7: Jay Wilder (ERMINA CRUMP)\, Symphony Canady (ERNESTINE CRUMP)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018)\nPHOTO 8: Loren Bowen (GERTE SCHULTE CRUMP)
(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018)\nPHOTO 9: Gabriella Dormiere (LILY ANN GREEN)\, Loren Bowen (GERTE SCHULTE CRUMP)
(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018)\nPHOTO 10: BACK: Jermaine Alexander (GODFREY CRUMP)\, Loren Bowen (GERTE SCHULTE CRUMP)\, FRONT: Symphony Canady (ERNESTINE CRUMP)
(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018)\nPHOTO 11: Symphony Canady (ERNESTINE CRUMP)\, Gabriella Dormiere (LILY ANN GREEN)
(Michael Hardy Photography) \n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018) \nPHOTO 12: Symphony Canady (ERNESTINE CRUMP) \n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY (STUDIO THEATER\, APRIL 28 – MAY 26\, 2018)\nPHOTO 13: Jermaine Alexander (GODFREY CRUMP)\, Loren Bowen (GERTE \nSCHULTE CRUMP)\, Jay Wilder (ERMINA CRUMP)\, Symphony Canady (ERNESTINE CRUMP)\, Gabriella Dormiere (LILY ANN GREEN)
(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n\nJoin our Facebook event!

SUMMARY:LOVE/SICK
DESCRIPTION:Set on a Friday night in an alternate suburban reality\,  the writer of Almost\, Maine\, John Cariani\, brings us an evening of nine bittersweet romantic comedies. Simultaneously hilarious and heart-wrenching\, these vignettes provide the audience with the full spectrum of being in love\, exploring the joy and the pain surrounding relationships ranging from first meetings to long-term marriages. It seems that “happily ever after” may not be in the cards for all relationships\, but brief successes may just make the effort worthwhile. Full of imperfect lovers and dreamers\, LOVE/SICK is an unromantic comedy for the romantic in everyone. \nCAST LIST: \nMaria V. SUMMARY:THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY
DESCRIPTION:Based on the true story of two actors who hired themselves out to the Long Beach Police Department in 1914 to entrap “social vagrants” in public restrooms\, this highly theatrical tour-de-force brings to life a little known episode in Long Beach history and the history of LGBTQ rights.  As these two actors become absorbed within their play-within-a-play\, they explore sexual identity\, institutional corruption\, self-deception\, and the mysteries of the craft of the theatre. This timely look at another time warns of the dangers of a government infringing on the private right to love. \nWarning: This Production contains Strong Adult Content and Full Nudity.\n  \nCAST LIST:\nChristian Jordan Skinner (BROWN) \nNoah Wagner (WARREN) \n  \nSHOW TRAILER:\n \nPERFORMANCE PHOTO GALLERY:\n\n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 1: Noah Wagner (WARREN)\, Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 2: Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\, Noah Wagner (WARREN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography) \n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 3: TOP: Noah Wagner (WARREN)\, BOTTOM: Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 4: Noah Wagner (WARREN)\, Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 5: Noah Wagner (WARREN)\, Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 6: Noah Wagner (WARREN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 7: Noah Wagner (WARREN)\, Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 8: Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\, Noah Wagner (WARREN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 9: Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\, Noah Wagner (WARREN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 10: Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\, Noah Wagner (WARREN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 11: Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\, Noah Wagner (WARREN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 12: Noah Wagner (WARREN)\, Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TWENTIETH-CENTURY WAY (STUDIO THEATRE\, JULY 21st – AUG. 18th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 13: Noah Wagner (WARREN)\, Christian Jordan Skinner (BROWN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n\nJOIN OUR FACEBOOK EVENT!

SUMMARY:THE TEMPEST
DESCRIPTION:Trickery\, romance\, and revenge set the stage for one of Shakespeare’s late masterpieces\, in which sprites\, goddesses\, monsters\, and fools hold court. In this fanciful classic that is often described as the darker twin to A Midsummer Night’s Dream\, a deposed noble turned sorcerer uses powerful magic to raise a great storm\, shipwrecking the vessel bearing a group of conspirators onto the sorcerer’s mysterious island home. There\, attended upon by a daughter\, a magical sprite\, and a deformed servant\, the sorcerer leads their enemies through a mysterious dream as circumstances transform vengeance to reconciliation and forgiveness. \nCAST LIST:\nStephen Alan Carver (PROSPERO) \nHayley Jackson (ARIEL) \nLee Samuel Tanng (CALIBAN) \nJessica Bill (MIRANDA) \nHolland Renton (ALONSA) \nAmara Phelps (FERDINA) \nTyler Gray (ANTONIO) \nBenjamin White (SEBASTIAN) \nSteven Biggs (GONZALO) \nAlex Shewchuk (STEPHANO) \nGillian Gonzales (TRINCULA) \nLaVonna Miller (JUNO/SAILOR) \nSarah Hoeven (CERES/SAILOR) \nCarole Louise Duffis (IRIS/SAILOR) \nPREVIEW VIDEO:\n \nPERFORMANCE GALLERY:\n\n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 1: Hayley Jackson (ARIEL)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 2: Hayley Jackson (ARIEL)\, Steven Alan Carver (PROSPERO)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 3: Stephen Alan Carver (PROSPERO)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (CALIBAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 4: Jessica Bill (MIRANDA)\, Steven Alan Carver (PROSPERO)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (CALIBAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 5: Stephen Alan Carver (PROSPERO)\, Hayley Jackson (ARIEL)\, Amara Phelps (FERDINA)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 6: Steven Biggs (GONZALO)\, Holland Renton (ALONSA)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 7: Tyler Gray (ANTONIO)\, Benjamin White (SEBASTIAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 8: Jessica Bill (MIRANDA)\, Stephen Alan Carver (PROSPERO)\, Amara Phelps (FERDINA)\, Hayley Jackson (ARIEL)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 9: Alex Shewchuk (STEPHANO)\, Gillian Gonzales (TRINCULA)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (CALIBAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 10: BACK ROW: Sarah Hoeven (SPIRIT)\, Carole Louise Duffis (SPIRIT)\, La Vonna Miller (SPIRIT)\, FRONT ROW: Hayley Jackson (ARIEL)\, Holland Renton (ALONSA)\, Tyler Gray (ANTONIO)\, Benjamin White (SEBASTIAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 11: BACK ROW: Carole Louise Duffis (IRIS)\, La Vonna Miller (JUNO)\, Sara Hoeven (CERES)\, FRONT ROW: Amara Phelps (FERDINA)\, Jessica Bill (MIRANDA)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 12: Gillian Gonzales (TRINCULA)\, Alex Shewchuk (STEPHANO)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (CALIBAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 13: Amara Phelps (FERDINA)\, Jessica Bill (MIRANDA)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n THE TEMPEST (STUDIO THEATER\, SEPT. 1 – SEPT. 29\, 2018)\nPHOTO 14: BACK ROW: Tyler Gray (ANTONIO)\, Steven Biggs (GONZALO)\, Benjamin White (SEBASTIAN)\, Gillian Gonzales (TRINCULA)\, Alex Shewchuk (STEPHANO)\, CENTER ROW: La Vonna Miller (JUNO/SAILOR)\, Sarah Hoeven (CERES/SAILOR)\, Carole Louise Duffis (IRIS/SAILOR)\, Stephen Alan Carver (PROSPERO)\, Jessica Bill (MIRANDA)\, Amara Phelps (FERDINA)\, Holland Renton (ALONSA)\, FRONT ROW: Hayley Jackson (ARIEL)\, Lee Samuel Tanng (CALIBAN)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n\nJOIN OUR FACEBOOK EVENT!

SUMMARY:Stephen Sondheim's ASSASSINS
DESCRIPTION:What’s the outcome when The American Dream of success\, celebrity\, and free speech becomes warped in a madman’s mind?  In this highly thought-provoking musical\, musical genius Stephen Sondheim and playwright John Weidman bend time and space to allow the nation’s nine successful and would-be assassins to meet\, interact\, and inspire each other to try to make their mark in the American history books. Using his signature blend of insightful lyrics and unforgettable music\, Sondheim sheds a light on the peculiarly American phenomenon that is the presidential assassin.   This disturbing\, amusing\, and ultimately insightful look at American culture will inspire and terrify you. \nTHIS SHOW CONTAINS: Loud Blank and Recorded Gun Shots\, Smoke Effects\, Flashing Lights\, Adult Content and Language\, Graphic Images of Assassination. \nCAST LIST: \nBrian Pirnat (MALE BALLADEER\, OSWALD) \nJeseka Luna (FEMALE BALLADEER) \nDerek Rubiano (PROPRIETOR\, JOHN WILKES BOOTH) \nKyra Kiener (SARA JANE MOORE) \nKevin Wood (CHARLES GUITEAU) \nTaryne Moyse (LYNETTE “SQUEAKY” FROMME) \nNick Bradfield (LEON CZOLGOSZ) \nSean McCallon (GIUSEPPE ZANGARA) \nNoah Wagner (SAMUEL BYCK) \nHunter Ryti (JOHN HINCKLEY) \nMark Eggert (U.S. PRESIDENTS\, ENSEMBLE) \nWilliam Ardelean (DAVID HEROLD\, JAMES BLAINE\, ENSEMBLE) \nJohn Vann (UNION SOLDIER\, ENSEMBLE) \nAmanda Webb (EMMA GOLDMAN\, ENSEMBLE) \nSerena Bottiani-Henderson (HOUSEWIFE\, ENSEMBLE) \nJessica Oliver (ENSEMBLE) \nSHOW TRAILER:\n \nPREVIEW VIDEOS:\n \n \nPERFORMANCE PHOTO GALLERY:\n\n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 1: Brian Pirnat (BALLADEER)\, Derek Rubiano (PROPRIETOR)\, Jeseka Luna (BALLADEER)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 2: Derek Rubiano (JOHN WILKES BOOTH)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 3: Jeseka Luna (BALLADEER)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 4: William Ardelean (ENSEMBLE)\, Amanda Webb (ENSEMBLE)\, Mark Eggert (ENSEMBLE)\, Jessica Oliver (ENSEMBLE)\, John Vann (ENSEMBLE)\,  Serena Bottiani-Henderson (ENSEMBLE)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 5: Brian Pirnat (BALLADEER)\, Sean McCallon (GIUSEPPE ZANGARA)\, Jeseka Luna (BALLADEER)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 6: Kyra Kiener (SARA JANE MOORE)\, Taryne Moyse (LYNETTE FROMME)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 7: Nick Bradfield (LEON CZOLGOSZ)\, Derek Rubiano (JOHN WILKES BOOTH)\, Kevin Wood (CHARLES GUITEAU)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 8: Kyra Kiener (SARA JANE MOORE)\, Nick Bradfield (LEON CZOLGOSZ)\, Derek Rubiano (JOHN WILKES BOOTH)\, Kevin Wood (CHARLES GUITEAU)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 9: Noah Wagner (SAMUEL BYCK)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 10: Hunter Ryti (JOHN HINCKLEY)\, Taryne Moyse (LYNETTE FROMME)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 11: William Ardelean (ENSEMBLE)\, John Vann (ENSEMBLE)\, Amanda Webb (ENSEMBLE)\, Kevin Wood (CHARLES GUITEAU)\, Serena Bottiani-Henderson (ENSEMBLE)\, Jessica Oliver (ENSEMBLE)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 12: Kevin Wood (CHARLES GUITEAU)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 13: Hunter Ryti (JOHN HINCKLEY)\, Nick Bradfield (LEON CZOLGOSZ)\, Kyra Kiener (SARA JANE MOORE)\, Derek Rubiano (JOHN WILKES BOOTH)\, Brian Pirnat (BALLADEER)\, Noah Wagner (SAMUEL BYCK)\, Kevin Wood (CHARLES GUITEAU)\, Sean McCallon (GIUSEPPE ZANGARA)\, Taryne Moyse (LYNETTE FROMME)\n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n ASSASSINS (STUDIO\, OCT. 13th – NOV. 17th\, 2018)\nPHOTO 14: TOP ROW: Jessica Oliver (ENSEMBLE)\, Serena Bottiani-Henderson (ENSEMBLE)\, John Vann (ENSEMBLE)\, Amanda Webb (ENSEMBLE)\, William Ardelean (ENSEMBLE)\, Mark Eggert (ENSEMBLE)\, BOTTOM ROW: Kevin Wood (CHARLES GUITEAU)\, Sean McCallon (GIUSEPPE ZANGARA)\, Nick Bradfield (LEON CZOLGOSZ)\, Brian Pirnat (BALLADEER)\, Derek Rubiano (JOHN WILKES BOOTH)\, Jeseka Luna (BALLADEER)\,  Noah Wagner (SAMUEL BYCK)\, Kyra Kiener (SARA JANE MOORE)\, Taryne Moyse (LYNETTE FROMME)\, Hunter Ryti (JOHN HINCKLEY) \n(Michael Hardy Photography)\n \n \n\nJOIN OUR FACEBOOK EVENT!
