SUMMARY:Cock
DESCRIPTION:*Advisory: Adult content\, language\, nudity\, and sexual situations. Viewer Discretion Advised \nWelcome to John’s life.  Having taken a break from his relationship with his somewhat controlling boyfriend\, John has managed to fall in love with someone else… a woman.  In this edgy\, raw\, and witty look at a new kind of love triangle\, Mike Bartlett tackles the concepts of sexual identity\, commitment\, self-knowledge\, and family obligations in a way never before seen on stage.  In this intensely gritty and naturalistic production four actors will introduce you to the pain of finding out who and what we all might be and the importance\, or lack thereof\, of a definition of love\, lust\, and need. 2010 Laurence Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement. \nCast in Order of Appearance:\nEvan Battle (M)\nLeigh Hayes (JOHN)\nLexington Vanderberg (W)\nDean Figone (F) \nREHEARSAL PREVIEW PHOTO GALLERY: \n\nPERFORMANCE AND PRESS PHOTO GALLERY: \n\n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 1: Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\, Evan Battle (M)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015) \nPHOTO 2: Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\, Evan Battle (M)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 3: Evan Battle (M)\, Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 4: Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\, Evan Battle (M)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 5: Evan Battle (M)\, Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 6: Lexington Vanderberg (W)\, Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 7: Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\, Lexington Vanderberg (W)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 8: Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\, Lexington Vanderberg (W)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 10: Lexington Vanderberg (W)\, Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\, Evan Battle (M)\, Dean Figone (F)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 11: Lexington Vanderberg (W)\, Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\, Dean Figone (F)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 12: Lexington Vanderberg (W)\, Dean Figone (F)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n COCK (STUDIO\, JUNE 13 – JULY 11\, 2015)\nPHOTO 13: Leigh Hayes (JOHN)\, Evan Battle (M)\n(Jonathan David Lewis Photography)\n \n \n \n \n \n\n  \nVISIT THE FACEBOOK EVENT!

SUMMARY:Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo
DESCRIPTION:*Advisory: Adult content and language \nWithin war-torn Baghdad\, lives a tiger – a wild\, captive beast within a man-made cage.  Through the power of theatrical imagination\, we are allowed a peek inside the mind of this quick-witted and well-spoken “animal\,” as the lives of two American Marines and an Iraqi translator are forever changed by the mayhem surrounding them in the midst of war. Violence\, anger\, greed\, forgiveness\, and redemption are examined in funny\, touching\, and insightful exchanges between man and beast; the living and the dead. DESCRIPTION:The Long Beach Playhouse presents: LBP NWF WORKSHOP PRODUCTION: CHILDREN OF CAMELOT \nTickets: $5.00 \nThe Workshop Production helps to bring a winning script to the next level. Welcome aboard\, Nakisa! \n\nSYNOPSIS:\nNovember 22\, 1963: President John F Kennedy is murdered.  Two days later\, his alleged assassin\, Lee Harvey Oswald\, is also murdered.  What if one of these men survived?  How would the lives of those around them be effected?  Children of Camelot is a character driven piece that takes an historical event and turns it on its head\, questions fairness\, and strives to show us how people handle pain under extraordinary circumstances.\n\n\n\nPlaywright\, Nakisa Aschtiani:\nNakisa Aschtiani graduated from California State University\, Fullerton with a BA in Theatre.  Currently\, she resides in Los Angeles\, but was raised in Southern Orange County.  The idea for Children of Camelot\, her first full-length play\, marinated in her head for a few years before she took pen to paper. Predominately working as an actor in Theatre\, she also spent time stage managing and directing before trying her hand at writing.  Her most recent Theatrical credits are “Roxane” in Cyrano de Bergerac at The Maverick in Fullerton and “Lydia” in Spike Heels at the Complex Theatre in Hollywood.  Nakisa is writing her second play and hopes to complete it by the end of this year.\n\n\nDirector\, Kate Woodruff:\nKate studied Psychology and Linguistics at UCLA.
