All Collaborative Shows do not have assigned seating, so it is first come, first serve.

PLEASE NOTE: The Studio Theater is on the 2nd Floor.  It is only accessible by stairs; there is no elevator.

Description: 

A devised play that debuted with CSULB’s Theatre Threshold, Generation XYZ uses the words, poems, prose, tales, and dialogue, collected from dozens of women & gender-marginalized individuals, to tell the mother-child stories of Sarah, Joanna, and Hero, a family of 3 different generations from the late 1970s to the present, as they navigate the nuances of womanhood and generational patterns in varying political climates.

Content warning: Homophobia, transphobia, foul language, and themes of sexual violence. Themes may not be suitable for children under high school age (13+).

(un)defined arts collective is committed to exploring various artistic mediums, bridging the gap between the arts and the community, redefining storytelling outside of western practices, and creating a space where artists can advocate for themselves and flourish in their artistic practice.

The LBP Studio Collaborative Season offers outside, local theatre companies and performing arts organizations the opportunity to produce their own shows in our Studio Theater.
